In My Dreams!

The second day in a row, writing about food, makes it seem like I just may be a cook, well, not so much! I do like to cook. In my dreams, I'm a really good cook. My family gives me much grace because many times my attempts at new things become family stories. Nice! I wish had more time to try new recipes though. Working full time often leads me to sticking with the same 7 dishes that are easy and my family loves. I am always looking for new recipes that are easy, quick and self-explanatory...ha! Pioneer Woman has been on my radar for a few years now and her book was just released a little while ago. So, while I was supposed to be working on school stuff at Borders, this ended up in front of me. How did that happen?
