Thinking About This
God can do anything, you know—far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams! He does it not by pushing us around but by working within us, his Spirit deeply and gently within us. Eph. 3:20-21
Tailgating
The other day all five of us were together doing errands and Darren and I had to run into Rite-Aid...the kids wanted to stay in the car, with ipods and gameboys...We took longer than expected in the store and it was a rather warm day for us...we came out to a full blown tailgate party! Embarrassing! I really wanted to keep walking as if I didn't recognize them. Instead, guess what I did? YEP...I pulled out the camera! Look at the car behind him, the people in it were trying to figure out what he could be selling! Ha! They even got into the groceries we had just gotten earlier for a tailgate snack...really, we weren't in there more than 15-20 minutes (or so... ; ) Yep, that's my son!

Keeping Up
My days, nights and every minute in between (when I'm not working, cooking, or driving to another sport) have been spent preparing for a retreat that I am speaking at this weekend! I am excited beyond belief and I know that I am literally "nothing" as I stand in front of these women and let GOD do HIS THING!!! I have fasted every Monday for 7 weeks for these ladies, I think of them throughout the day and can't wait to meet them :) So, things have been quiet here...so I put will put another picture up...I LOVE PICTURES and I love these kids!
The Beth Moore conference was amazing! Saturday was Tim's Jr/Sr banquet and Sunday we spent the day at the park! FUN weekend! Of course, I took pics!

Abundantly Blessed!

Yesterday, I was up early sitting on the couch reading my Bible. I heard our alarm go off in our bedroom, not long after, my husband comes out, sits down next to me, hugs me, kisses my face and says good morning.....that is not unusual for him to greet me like that but I felt incredibly blessed at that moment! It wasn't long after that, I hear my son get up, jump in the shower and come out into the livingroom....he plops down on the couch, hugs me, kisses my face and say good morning! Once again, not too unusual. He is a super loving kid and always gives me affection but that morning, I was overwhelmed and reminded that......Yes, Yes, INDEED, I am BLESSED! (What a great teacher my son has!)

Spring, Field Trips and Things!
Haley ontop of the Capital building, posing with her friends!
her bread! They turned out so cute, thanks to an awesome parent in my classroom!
Also, some cute Easter cookies, again thanks to an awesome parent in my room.
Here is my favorite picture of all....my cute kiddos! Of course, this is try number 10 and Haley still isn't on "her best behavior" ha!
I'm excited to see Beth Moore this week….”see Beth Moore” like she’s coming over for dinner…. I’m going to one of her conferences this weekend with my mom and I CAN’T WAIT!
Heading a retreat in 9 days…in……San…D-i-e-g-o…my favorite place in the world!
When I return, that will leave us with only 5 weeks left of school…WHAT? I have absolutely LOVED having Haley and her friends in my class this year! It has been a year to remember and an “easy” year. The parents already knew me, trusted me and let me just teach! It was amazing! I feel blessed to have had the opportunity!

Checking in...
Oh, this blog has been so neglected. I have so many things I want to share, write out and pictures I want to share! I am doing it alone this week, husband is out of town visiting his brother, right at the beginning of spring sports season! So, that means busy, busy, busy..by myself! The kids are actually quite easy at this age. But I see why parenting is made for two. I miss my man!
I'm getting ready for a retreat in San Diego in a few weeks, a Beth Moore conference...WHOO HOO, Jr/Sr banquet for our son, and of course, EASTER this weekend! I love, love, love this time of year....focusing on HIS sacrifice that HE made for us.....although this should be our focus everyday of our life, this holiday, this time of reflection just OVERWHELMS me every year! He's not just a broken man on a cross, but a SAVIOR that is alive, a SAVIOR that restores, heals, full of grace and ready to change lives!
I've been up for a few hours now, ready some Psalms and listening to some Misty Edwards, such good worship!!
