What's for Breakfast?

I LOVE A GOOD BREAKFAST AND RARELY 
DO I EVER TAKE THE TIME TO MAKE ONE! 
THE KIDS HAVE CEREAL, BAGELS OR ENGLISH
MUFFINS WITH FRUIT ON MOST DAYS. 
BUT IN THE SUMMER, THEY GET A LITTLE LUCKY AND 
SOMETIMES GET HOT BREAKFAST.
MY SON MADE THE BEST OMELET LAST
WEEK, FILLED WITH VEGGIES, SALSA, 
SOUR CREAM..IT WAS HUGE. GRANDPA WAS THE LUCKY
RECIPIENT OF THAT LARGE BABY..HAHA! WE ALL TOOK A BITE THOUGH ; )
BREAKFAST BURRITOS ARE BY FAR MY MOST FAVORITE BREAKFAST!

BREAKFAST BURRITO
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. diced green or sweet red peppers
1 1/2 c. frozen southern style hash brown potatoes
4 eggs, beaten
12 flour tortillas (8" size)
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Picante sauce

Brown sausage in a large skillet. Add the onion and pepper; cook until tender. Drain all grease. Add potatoes; cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until tender. Add eggs; stir. Cook until eggs are set. Prepare tortillas by browning in hot oil in large skillet for 5 seconds on each side or heating in microwave for 45 to 60 seconds, placing filling down center. Sprinkle with cheese. Fold bottoms of tortilla up and sides toward each other. Serve with picante sauce and sour cream on side.


HERE'S ANOTHER FAVORITE! I HAVE ONLY MADE THIS ONCE.
MY FAMILY DOES NOT LOVE OATMEAL THAT MUCH SO THIS IS ONLY FOR ME..WHICH IS WHY I DON'T MAKE IT OFTEN.
DOESN'T IT SOUND DELISH?? 
FOUND IT ON A WEBSITE CALLED "CHUBBY BELLY" HAHA! 


apple cinnamon oatmeal 3 
Low Fat Recipes For Breakfast
1/2 cup Quaker Instant Oatmeal Original
1 packet of stevia
1 Tbsp. Nature’s Hollow Sugar Free Apricot Preserves
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. chopped pecans
1. Prepare the oats with water according to package instructions.  Put the cooked oatmeal in a bowl; sweeten with stevia to taste and mix in the apricot preserves.  Sprinkle with cinnamon and pecans.
